What exactly is the Growth Bootcamp?
It's an 8-week live program that helps small and mid-sized business owners build four things: a team with clear ownership, a strategy customers care about, a weekly execution rhythm, and healthy cash flow. Every module also teaches you how to use Microsoft Copilot to run those systems with less manual work.
How much time will this take each week?
Two hours for the live session, plus roughly one hour of implementation in your business. That's it. We designed it around the reality that you already have a full-time job running your company.
Do I need Microsoft 365 or Copilot to join?
Microsoft 365 is strongly recommended since the AI portion is built around it. If you don't have Copilot yet, we'll show you what the free version can do and help you decide whether a paid licence makes sense for your business. You'll get value from the frameworks either way.
Do I need to be good with technology?
No. This is built for non-technical owners and managers. If you can write an email, you can do everything we teach. We move at a beginner's pace and nobody gets left behind.
Is this the same as Scaling Up or the Rockefeller Habits?
The Growth Rhythm Bootcamp is inspired by well-established scaling principles used by tens of thousands of companies worldwide, including the four decisions of People, Strategy, Execution, and Cash. Skillgine is an independent training company and is not affiliated with, or certified by, any external coaching organization. What we add is the AI implementation layer — using tools you already own to make the discipline stick.
Can I send my managers instead of attending myself?
You can, but we don't recommend it. The strategy and cash modules need the decision-maker in the room. The best results come when the owner attends with one or two key leaders.
Is it in person or online?
This cohort runs live online over Microsoft Teams, so you can join from anywhere in the world.
What happens after the eight weeks?
You'll have a 90-day plan and two check-in calls to keep you accountable. Many graduates continue with our quarterly planning sessions or ongoing Copilot training for their wider team. There's no obligation.
What if I miss a session?
Every session is recorded and available for [12 months]. We'll also send you the worksheet for that week so you don't fall behind on deliverables.
